Design and Space Planning Once we have a deposit and a signed contract, we’ll begin by requesting your inspiration images in order to establish a design concept and presentation boards appropriate for your budget. This includes furnishings and construction estimates, floorplans, paint and material selections, lighting, wall and window treatments.
Project & Construction Management Based on selections from the initial presentation, we will transition to the detailed sourcing of items that are required to complete the established honed vision and stay on budget. Further renderings and materials selections may be needed to complete this phase.
All items and selections will be presented on a proposal and ordered only with client approval and deposits. We place orders and track and inspect all items upon arrival. Certain goods must be sent to an appropriate receiving company where they will be held until the installation date. We handle the logistics necessary for this in conjunction with respective trades, the contractor, and/or builder.
Furnishing and Installation We carefully curate a selection of high-quality furnishings and accessories that complement your space, ensuring each piece aligns with your design aesthetic. Once selections are made, our team handles all aspects of installation, transforming your home into a beautifully coordinated environment that reflects your unique life style.
